14 Day Mindset Reset


If you are here you have an interest in improving your current situation by changing your mindset.


Your mindset is the established set of attitudes you hold. Whether they be negative or positive. These attitudes will play a factor in how you communicate with the people in your life and how you perceive your surroundings.


If you want to improve your mindset you need to take care of the Mindset Trifecta:


Taking care of all three at once can be tricky. That's why we created the 14 Day Mindset Reset.


A complete reset of your mindset using tactics guaranteed to bring you more calm and joy in your life.

Taking on the full challenge is well..a challenge! However if you are able to complete it you will experience a HUGE shift in your perspective and in turn YOUR LIFE!


The full challenge requires you to do a series of tasks as outlined in the document attached:

We HIGHLY suggest you just go for it as it's only 14 days however we have created a Mindset Tracker that will allow you to just work on certain parts of the Trifecta.


If you are interested in improving BODY you will need to do the following per day:

  • 3.5L Water

  • Choose one of the 4 recommended diets

  • Practice gratitude

  • Workout 2 x for 45 minutes each time

  • Meditation for at least 10 minutes

  • No alcohol

  • No Cheat Meals

  • No Refined Sugar

If you are interested in improving MIND:

  • 3.5L Water

  • Choose one of the 4 recommended diets

  • Practice gratitude

  • Workout once for 45 minutes

  • Meditation for at least 10 minutes

  • 15 Minute Nature Connection - anything outside such as walking, running, meditation, walking dogs, etc.

  • No alcohol

If you are interested in improving SOUL:

  • 3.5L Water

  • Practice gratitude

  • Workout once for 45 minutes

  • Meditation for at least 10 minutes

  • 15 Minute Nature Connection - anything outside such as walking, running, meditation, walking dogs, etc.

  • No alcohol


If you are not taking on the full 14 Day Mindset Reset you will choose one or two of the above and use the tracker below to keep track of your progress:

On day one you will want to take a video of yourself to record why you are taking on the challenge, how you are currently feeling, and how you hope to feel by the end.


Upon completion you will want to take another video explaining how the challenge went and how you are now feeling.


It is also important that you have support throughout the process.


We have a private Facebook group that you are welcome to join if you need some additional support. You are also able to ask questions and cheer on other members.
